   Maybe he had an urge to hail Hitler rather than saluting him with the usual
neo-Nazi "Heil Hitler"?

   Apart from that, whatever happened to the March clause in the newly
presented and unruly "rules"?

   Does anyone know?

   I for one have *NOT* approved of that. Has anyone else?

   I think I'll keep on posting the lastly viable democratic rules here until
such time that anyone will present a case for me not to.
