On 25 Jul 2019, Lee Lofaso said the following... LL> Hello Greg, LL> LL> >at>Thanks for those comforting words, but I still worry. LL> > LL> >It is a privilege to announce that after today, I don't think that there LL> > any doubt that President Trump will be re-elected. LL> LL> According to who? The self-appointed chairman of the LL> Committee to RE-Elect the President (C.R.E.E.P.)? LL> LL> At least 24 Democrats and 1 Republican disagree, each claiming LL> one of them will win the prize next November. LL> LL> >Robert Mueller testified under oath LL> LL> In sworn testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, and the LL> House Intelligence Committee, Mueller told everyone that due to an LL> OLC memo from long ago in which one lawyer's opinion was that a LL> sitting president could not be indicted, it was not DOJ policy for LL> him to do so, even though his report did not exonerate the president. LL> He also clearly stated that Donald Trump can be indicted after he LL> leaves office. LL> LL> I expect every presidential candidate is going to have a field LL> day with this. Except for the incumbent, whose only recourse will LL> be to duck and hide. LL> LL> >that his investigation was not obstructed, LL> LL> Mueller's report showed at least two instances in which Trump LL> tried to fire him. It was also shown in his report the president's LL> attempts to cover it up with lies and deceipt. LL> LL> >yet the Democrats want to impeach Trump for obstructing a investigation LL> LL> Had the president actually fired the special counsel, it would have LL> been obstruction of justice, which is most definitely an impeachable LL> offense. His efforts to cover up what he did can also be considered LL> obstruction. LL> LL> >that the lead investigator said was not obstructed. LL> LL> The AG claimed the Mueller report fully exonerated Trump. The special LL> counsel testified on live television that the AG lied, that the report LL> does not exonerate Trump, and that Trump can be charged after he leaves LL> office. LL> LL> >The Dems wanted The Empire Strikes back but what they got was re-runs of LL> > Matlock instead. LL> LL> The only show on today was Mueller testifying before the Congress. LL> With real people, not actors playing a part. The so called Mueller Report is a joke, what happened yesterday indicates that his name was used because of his prestigious reputation but the 14 people who put it together were all Democrats and Hillary Clinton supporters and donated heavily to her campaign and even partied with her the night of the election. That must of been one helluva hangover the morning after - the kind that is remedied with a little more of the dog that bit you last night. Breakfast of Champions - even though they lost, still there is this hangover to deal with... He seemed incoherent, lost and even appeared to be drugged not knowing key elements of the report that bared his name. He knew nothing of Fusion GPS, He did not even know who Corey Lewandowski was. This was a disaster for the Dems. He was not prepared. It is obviously clear that he was a figurehead. It is time to investigate the investigators. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A43 2019/03/03 (Windows/64) * Origin: Capital Station BBS * telnet://csbbs.dyndns.org * (1:267/150) |
