I have successfully converted my running copy of WSEB 4.52 to VMWare. I have also managed to install Warp 4.52 to WMWare from scratch. Both with Boot Manager. However, I haven't seen any reason to play with the original WARP 4.0 anymore. Also, I don't see any reason for multibooting in virtual environment. My main system is still running in a real hardware. I haven't had enough time to test the virtualized copy. Maybe some time..
