leading a horse to water and getting it to drink are two different things...
but she may also have a valid (to her) reason for not wanting to get off the
rolls or advance her position in life... there's more responsibility for one
thing... she has to meet someone else's schedules and demands, for another...
they may be more restrictive than what she has now...
