Piece-meal immigration reform is not comprehensive immigration reform.
Time for the Trump administration to man up and allow for a vote in
both houses so that comprehensive immigration reform can finally be
passed, thus allowing him to sign it into law.

Piece-meal immigration reform is what the Congress has been doing
for decades.  The only reason why comprehensive immigration reform
has not been passed is because Republican leadership in the House
refused a vote to be taken.  With the Democrats now having the
majority in the House, the onus is on the Republican leadership
in the Senate.  But we all know that Senate majority leader Mitch
McConnell will never allow it to come to a vote, now that the
Democrats control the House.
