OK so I did not use Netfoss I used ADF as I had problems with Netfoss - not
sure why.

I used a batch file that shipped with ADF to set it as the fossil driver with
COM2

I have then had NetSerial running on COM2 and it's set to virtual modem
accepting incoming traffic on the port I have advertised for 21:3/100
