as 'what' is a 'homicidle (sic) postman' ? Homicide is murder of a human
being, a postman is a post-office worker.

A 'homicidal postman' is a disgruntled postal worker. The 'what' above are
those who went on a homicidal rampage and killed a few people, fellow
workers, etc..
