What gremlin told you this? Quoted paragraphs are ONLY formatted to 60-80 chars
 if they are divided by the sender using line breaks on purpose, i.e. he
pressed Enter after every 60 chars! Otherwise the quotes fill the whole screen
no matter what the window size is, the same as the text that I type.
