  DESCription: Purpose: This echo is a private forum for the Regional 
    Coordinators of Zone 1 Z1C for discussions in general, and for discussions 
    pertaining to business policies, and related topics in Zone 1. Access: The 
    Z1REGCON echo is private, and Read and Write access is limited to Regional 
    Coordinators within Zone 1 and the Z1C, and is to be distributed only via 
    paths designated by the Zone 1 Coordinator. This echo is not to be made 
    public in any media, crossposted, fed or forwarded to anyone outside of 
    the Regional Coordinators of Zone 1 and the Zone Coordinator. Each 
    Regional Coordinator may apply to the Zone Coordinator for access 
    privileges for one Assistant RC.  The Zone Coordinator may grant or deny 
    such request at his or her discretion. Making the contents of this echo 
    public in any media, forwarding or crossposting the contents of this echo 
    to any system or SysOp outside of the above by a Regional Coordinator may 
    be cause for the Regional Coordinator to be denied access to this echo. 
    The Regional Coordinators' Assistant is invited here on a read-only basis
