Allfix 6.0 to 5.13

I have created a downgrade program that should take the setup.fix file and
convert it down to a version 5.13 file.

This is available on the ALLFIX.COM website.

Please let me know if you encounter any issues with it, and please remember to
BACK UP YOUR DATA FIRST before running this program.
