I did find this https://www.pcorner.com/list/OS2/CFGINFO.ZIP/... If you search down for "If you need maximum memory", there is some info there on how to get up to 724k in a DOS session. Not sure if that'll work, but it's worth a try. And I'd suggest you make a separate "program" icon for this so you don't mess with your default DOS Session settings.
