Hi All,

The posts in the EList echo are all To: ALL {chuckle} but I should be able to 
change the To: field to the current primary moderator. Would that be a useful 
feature or not? Routed Netmail replies are STILL a problem, but Email 
submissions should receive an email response.   Ahhh, progress lol
