In a message on Thursday 04-17-17 Jean Parrot said to Holger Granholm: GE Jean, HG> I have in vain tried to find the setting for metered connection in the HG> stationary machine, but nil. JP> Go into the Systems window -> Network -> Status -> Change Connection JP> Properties -> Metered Connections to OFF. Thanks Jean, I'll check that, but I happened to stumble across the setting yesterday. The WiFi connection refused to open as usual, so I went to the window where the various networks that my WiFi hears, to check the settings of my WiFi connection. There it was. 'Metered connection' was ON, it's now OFF. JP> Kid's stuff. Enjoy. Jean. Yes if you know where to look for it. I'll check your advice tonight. The odd thing is, that when I put windows to search for 'metered' and 'metered connection', I got no response. 73 es GN de Sam, OH0NC aka Holger ..
