I hadn't heard of underscoring the number 0 , but that works too! When I hear the number One I make a small horizontal line under the Vertical line to distinguish it from the letter I . I got my Novice license a year before I enlisted in the Navy. Aboard Ship the Radiomen used a Typewriter instead of copying CW by hand. 73 de Ed W9ODR . . ...
