Valid 302022Z - 302215Z The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 545 continues. SUMMARY...Strong/locally severe storms continue moving eastward across Severe Thunderstorm Watch #545. DISCUSSION...Scattered thunderstorms -- including isolated cells capable of producing gusty/locally damaging winds -- continue moving northeastward at roughly 30 kt. across WW 545 and nearby/adjacent areas. The storms -- aided by mixed-layer CAPE in the 1000 to 1500 J/kg range and moderate deep-layer flow -- are exhibiting some organization, including sustained updrafts, and some tendency for upscale growth into bands. With broken cloud cover permitting ample insolation through the peak heating hours, expect storm intensity -- and local severe risk -- to continue over the next few hours, before storms wane into the evening hours. ..Goss.. 07/30/2019 ...Please see www.spc.noaa.gov for graphic product...
