...DISCUSSION...
The belt of stronger westerlies in the mid/upper-levels will shift
slightly north during the Day 4 through 8 period as an upper-level
high centered over the southwest U.S. shifts east into the central
Rockies and central/southern High Plains.  Embedded impulses within
the stronger mid-level flow, and monsoon disturbances rotating
around the upper high, may result in some risk for organized
strong/severe storms most days, however overall potential appears
too low to highlight 15 percent daily severe probabilities at this
time.
