The severe weather threat for Severe Thunderstorm Watch 530, 531
continues.

SUMMARY...Threat for damaging wind gusts continues in WW 530.
Greatest threat will be along/near and south of the outflow boundary
near the WI/IL border. A few strong convective downbursts still
remain possible north of the outflow, however.

DISCUSSION...Ongoing convection in southeastern and southwestern
Wisconsin will continue to pose a threat for strong/damaging wind
gusts in WW 530. Greatest threat for wind gusts will exist with the
north-south line of convection now within the Madison metro area,
particularly for areas near the WI/IL border where the airmass is
unaffected by outflow. The outflow from the southeastern Wisconsin
complex roughly sits along a line from southern Dane county
southeastward into Kenosha county. Areas north of this outflow may
still see strong/damaging wind gusts from convective downbursts even
with storms that may be slightly elevated.
