There are no particular rules to break, as there are none
to speak of, but please abide by Echopol1, this policy being
the parliamentary authority for sysops and non-sysops alike,
keeping in FidoNet's true philosophy, which can be summed
up in the two rules:

1) There are no Rules.
2) See Rule number 1.
