I kept having the errors I was having.  I just did a fresh install of the 
mailer and things seem to be running fine.  I must have done something 
somewhere that was frustrating the heck out of me.

I have mail coming to my mail server... have not been sending it to my 
downlink yet...

I'll keep U posted...
