There used to be for example the AVIATION-echo where veteran-flyers from WW2 were detailing whole combat missions ... it read like a book. Then I lost it all in a crash wondering if someone kept the archive. Or the GREEN.029-echo which recounted 4live4 the life on the then Greenpeace-base on Antarctice, it was wildly popular in schools ... it was the first blog ever and read like a book... then the same crash happened. Over the years some wonderfull things have been written about in Fidonet ... where has it all gone ? RN> ... The minute you throw something away, you'll need it the next day. Tell me about it... \%/@rd --- D'Bridge 3.99 SR28 * Origin: Resist-Insist-Persist-Enlist / onwardtogether.org (2:292/854) |
