ML> georgia ML> smells like peaches... just ask any georgia southern-belle and she'll tell ML> ya straight up First time I drove thru Georgia, and stopped at a restaurant for lunch, I had no clue what the waitress was asking me. My parent, who I was driving south, had a good laugh at that. If I remember right, I think she was asking if I had a penny so she could make even change for the bill. It was the way she pronounced pennny, that I could not make out BTW, there aint no peaches in the swamps The signs on the Interstate even gave the names of the swamps Joe --- SBBSecho 3.00-Win32 * Origin: The Lions Den BBS, Trenton, On, CDN (1:249/303) |
