Just about. It's a 1000 post thing, so that's about 200
days, close enough to 7 months.

I'd add a bunch of olive oil.

Big Game Steak Marinade
cat: marinade
yield: 1

1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c red wine vinegar
1 to 2 tb dried oregano
1 to 2 ts dried mint
2 cloves crushed garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Onion slices

Mix all ingredients. Marinate steaks from 2 hours to 24 hours.
The longer the better. Grill steaks on barbecue (or if you HAVE to,
under the oven broiler).
