Oh, going back to the previous subject. I didn't catch that. Thai-style lemon grass shrimp categories: airline, shellfish, main servings: 4 1/2 serrano chile, chopped 2 shallots, peeled, chopped 2 in ginger root, peeled chopped (3 Tb) 3 Tb lemongrass paste 3 garlic cloves, peeled 3 Tb brown sugar 1 ts turmeric 1 Tb fresh cilantro, chopped 1 kaffir lime leaf, chopped 1/4 ts ground black pepper 2 Tb fish sauce 2 Tb grated lime zest 1/4 c lime juice 1 c olive oil 12 to 16 lg raw shrimp, peeled, deveined Blend all ingredients except shrimp until smooth to make a marinade. Marinate shrimp and let stand covered in the fridge for 4 hr. Drain shrimp and saute over medium heat for 2 to 3 min a side or until done. Remove from the pan and transfer to a parchment-lined plate. Chill.
