Thai-style green papaya mango salad categories: airline, salad, side servings: 4 2 Tb fish sauce 1/4 c fresh lime juice 2 Tb fresh basil, chopped 1 Tb fresh cilantro, chopped 2 c fresh green papaya, shredded 1 fresh mango, flesh of, cut in matchsticks 1 bn scallions, cleaned, sliced 1" on the bias 2 roma tomatoes, sliced into matchsticks Whisk first four ingredients together to make a dressing. In a salad bowl toss the remaining ingredients to combine. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
