Whale Steak categories: Alaskan, game, Barrowan, Inupiat yield: 1 1 sl (steak-size) whale meat - bowhead is often used 1 c flour Salt to taste Pepper to taste Seasoning of your choice to taste Onions Oil Slice the whale meat, roll in flour, salt, pepper and seasoning mixture. Heat frying pan with oil of choice. Place meat with flour mixture in pan and add sliced onions.
