Hi Michael,

ML> Were I to try the substitute, I'd have to look it up
ML> as well - either that or forget about the accuracy
 ML> thing and just guess.

Probably do some of both, depending on what you were making.

ML> The thing about fruit juices is that you think of
ML> them as healthy, but you might as well drink a Coke.
ML> If you got "lots of pulp," that would be marginally
 ML> better for you.

Hard to find an OJ that's super pulpy; even the extra pulp ones don't
have a whole lot. As for the Coke, I drink the diet version.

ML> > ML> I discover that sauerkraut too freezes well.
ML> > Yes but we keep fresh made in the fridge. House is a bit too warm to
ML> > keep it in the crock it was made in, on the counter top.

ML> Thank you for not stinking up the house in anticipation
 ML> of our arrival.

Surprising, very little noticeable smell, even when it's being made.

ML> > ML> Probably, but I'm thinking that the vegetation was kept down.
ML> > To some extent, but hard to chop down a major forest.

ML> I can see it now, the wildlife gallopping along and
ML> all of a sudden, kaboom, roast venison. The thing
ML> about the DMZ is that it was officially at least DM,
ML> so less in the way of such dangers.

No fried bunnies or Bambis.

ML> We might be able to come up with 57 categories for that,
 ML> including wwtt.

That one would fit it quite well.
