Emu Orient categories: game, main, odd servings: 3 to 4 2 emu fan fillet steaks (1 lb each) 2 Tb soy sauce 2 ts lime juice, freshly squeezed 1 ts fresh ginger, grated 2 c hot cooked rice Marinate emu steaks overnight in refrigerator in soy sauce, lime juice and ginger. Slice into 1/2" strips; place on plate and cover. In microwave, cook on medium setting for 6 min or until done.
