What ciphers/protocols are being used?
Alot of people are stopping the support of TLS 1.0 due to security risks.
So if a TLS 1.0 client is hitting a server that accepts only TLS 1.1 or 1.2, it
ain't going to work.

Can you get a wireshark and see if its failing at the handshake?
