Mkay.  The distinction I was looking for was whether the page doesn't load,
loads with some errors, or loads but then encounters a problem when you
actually submit the form.

I just commmitted a change to web/pages/.examples/000-register.xjs.  You'll
need to grab the latest and copy it into your web/pages/ directory.  This may
solve the problem with the registration page, but I'm not sure.

I don't know what's going on with the login form.  Please check your web server
log for errors if any come up when you attempt to log in, and let me know.
