what does your /sbbs/ctrl/letsyncrypt.ini file contain?

"TOSAgreed=true" should be the first line... if you are just getting started or
 are trying again, edit the file so that this line is the only one... then
trigger your SYNCRYPT event...

  touch /sbbs/data/syncrypt.now

when the event finishes, your letsyncrypt.ini should be updated with 5 more
lines... in the end, it should look something like this...
