Remote SCFG exiting

Hi DM,

Today I logged into my BBS via telnet and ran the remote SCFG.  I went to the
External Programs section and then tried to go in to the External Editors
section, but it quit back to the external programs menu.  I don't see any
errors in the BBS log.  But I wanted to let you know of this issue.
