PabloDraw can directly edit files in Ctrl-A format (no conversion to/from ANSI
is necessary). Just make sure you choose "Ctrl-A" in the format selection box
when opening the file(s). If you made your Synchronet text directory available
over a network share (NFS, CIFS/SMB, even FTP), you could run PabloDraw
remotely but have the files stored on the server.

No. The terminal server should automatically recycle however when it can (e.g.
all nodes are either offline or waiting for connection).
