 So I just had a similar issue crop up this morning, a user sent me a couple
e-mails from his regular e-mail account. When I tried to reply to them, it came
up "user not found". I quit out of the email section to start looking into it,
and when I went back, the emails were no longer visible in my inbox.

I noticed a few messages sent to him in dovenet in the past day or so had no
header information, and I can't seem to generate/repair it with fixsmb or
smbutil.  I'm not sure if they were imported like that or not.

I checked his user account via uedit, and nothing looked corrupted, so I'm not
really sure what's going on. I haven't had time to dig through logs yet.  I
know I've had a few "out of memory" errors pop up recently, one causing the
entire BBS to crash (I have no idea if he was online or not at the time). 

Anyway, I thought I'd chime in, in case it's related.
