Addfiles not importing file_id.diz

I have ZIP configured (asuming this is not case sensitive) this should cover
ZIP and zip.

I have ZIP configured as an extractable file type as well as compressable. When
I upload the file using the 'blind uploads' the file_id.diz is imported as
expetecd so everything should be configured.

Addfiles doesn't seem to be calling any command when it adds the files. Is ther
another config that I may be missing? Or was there possible a change to
ADDFILES or something that may be causing this?
