Ok, based on the system logs from BinkIT and the SBBSecho logs, it looks like I
may have been able to send a test message successfully. It looks like the
SBBSecho log entry from the sent message lines up correctly: from <<my node
address>> to <<hub address>>. I saw the BINKOUT time stamp is after the
SBBSecho export entry.

Looks promising so far.
