nope... BINKOUT is called automatically by sbbsecho the same as TICKIT is...
you don't need to do this except for maybe BINKPOLL *if* you want an automatic
poll... depending on your feed(s), you may not need to use BINKPOLL at all
other than maybe manually triggering it at some point with something like
"touch /sbbs/ctrl/binkpoll.now"... my system doesn't use BINKPOLL at all
because there is a decent flow of traffic that is processed and delivered
ASAP... you can also trigger BINKOUT in the same way as BINKPOLL if you have to
 for some reason...
