 Thanks for the links. I think I'll just send them an email and give them my
opinion without all the legal mumbo jumbo. At the very least it's disrespecful
to use a pre-exisiting name. Years ago I tried to register a business name for
tax purposes and because it was similar to an existing business I  was asked
not to use it. I have no idea what the "rules" are on the world wide web.
