Ah yes - I forgot to mention that the file transfer option won't show up right
away.  It should be there
if you reload the page 24 hours from now.

You can also delete /sbbs/temp/ftelnet.url (or, as it apparently appears on my
system,
/sbbs/ctrl/tempftelneturl, whoops) to force a refresh.
