I know what you're talking about and I know what I'm talking about.

You're talking about this page where Nightfox is using an old, old version of
fTelnet:

This version of fTelnet has a "button bar", which are the buttons across the
top (including Download,
Upload, and Keyboard).  The "button bar" was removed from fTelnet in 2015, and
was replaced with a "menu
bar" which provides a pop-up menu.  Options in the pop-up menu include
Keyboard, Upload, and Download
(among others).

I shared some info with DM to let him know how to enable the menu bar as well
as file transfers.  If he
does this, it'll give you your ul and dl and the pretty cool keyboard with the
windows logo on it.
