Golded can do this. If you have your current messages in Jam format, create a
new netmail area that uses *.Msg format and copy the messages you want to
import into SBBS there. Then move them into your SBBS netmail area and import
them.
The above assumes that you have golded setup. If that's not so you can create a
basic config with the sample simple.cfg to get started.
