I updated my services.ini.  I noticed I had a [WebSocket] section and didn't
have a [WS] or [WSS] section, so I added those.  I don't see a [WebSocket]
section in the services.ini in CVS, so I doubt [WebSocket] is used anymore?  It
also makes me wonder if I have any other 'stale' sections in my services.ini,
or if anything is actually still using [WebSocket]..
