ftelnethelper.js is failing to look up a Port setting for the [WS] service in
services.ini,
and is returning its default, -1.

One option is to add a 'wsp' key to modopts.ini->[web], pointing to the port
your websocket
service is listening on (1123).  The same can be done for 'wssp' for the secure
 service.

The other option is to ensure that the websocket service section name in
services.ini is
[WS], and [WSS] for the secure variant if you're running it.

The latter is the preferred option.
