Ya, I am pretty sure there isn't a sweet IDE that does all of the work for you,
like a CSS, HTMl, php, etc, type code completion thingie, sorry. 

On winbloz I use dev_php, on Linux gtk I use geany ... perhaps someone could
suggest an api for it to do stuff like that or  maybe you could write one :-P
