TBH, I don't have an exact idea as to what Roger may be thinking.  For the
short time when I had a green skin, in a 'full tactical' environment there was
a kind of drill that was enacted twice a day: sunset & sunrise.  (No, t'ain't
no flag raising & saluting thing either.)  As I indicated, a feller in blues
may not have been so trained.  Particularly a technician such as yourself.

Mmm... I wonder if this is what Roger has in mind?  Roger, what say you?  ;-)
