Blue Wave Mail System Support Ec... 
Bash on windows runs well too. You can just install nano, and multimail
that way which is what I ended up doing as I'm just more used to the linux
versions of things. (Currently using bash on windows to launch dosbox in
a FS session so I can use good old bluewave.
