Hello Sean, >>> Bought aftershock so I did not have to go down that route >> In the first place AfterShock was not made for that using multi node >> setup, and we still dont know why we should do that as othernets are >> almost dead systems.... > That is a silly argument. There are plenty of active other nets I guess my question would be how many FTN systems limit themselves to only handle one network? I currently carry four and that doesn't include newsgroups. But, using Aftershock I am required to choose which one FTN that I would like to have access to. When I last inquired about multiple network support in Aftershock I was told that Anatoly would like to keep it simple and had no current plans to offer multiple network support in Aftershock. Which sadly has sparked my interest to look at alternative solutions. Jeff --- BBBS/Li6 v4.10 Toy-3 * Origin: The Ouija Board (1:282/1031) |
