its imho free in android studio to emulate one ?

and chromebooks is not that diffrent from android devices, only real diff is
keyboard

a mobilephone with bt keyboard and one nearly have a chromebook, if the mobile
can use chromecast as screen 

still trying to make hello world apk here, its hard time for me
