Actually, I think Cuba has a fairly good health care system, although 
it's run by the government there.  So do we, but you'd never know it 
listening to the Corruptocrats.

The main thing wrong with the US health care system is - wait for it -
government meddling.  The main reason for the rapid rise in the cost of 
health care in this country is - wait for it - Medicare
