Both Yitzhak Shamir and Yasser Arafat won a Nobel Peace Prize,
along with Shimon Peres, while the Nobel committee left Clinton
out.

Barack Obama got the Arabs and the Jews to agree on something.
But the Nobel committee had already granted Obama his prize for
doing nothing.
