Before blubbering around like that it pays to check facts, this took me less
than 10 minutes:
 
a) The Rwanda genocide occured in 1994, it ended July 14 of that year.
b) The Clinton-Lewinsky affair started in 1995. Her internship started during
   July of that year.
 
Further, there's a limit on the number of wars the USA can fight concurrently
... in 1994 the USA was involved in:
 
* Iraqi No-Fly Zone Enforcement Operations
* First Intervention in the Somali Civil War
* Bosnian War
* Intervention in Haiti
 
Plus American troops are neither trained nor have the equipment to fight a
Brousse-war on the African continent, certainly not close to the equator.
 
There's a limit to "the right of might".
